My name is George Altman.
As a consultant, executive coach and founding partner at Intentional Communication Consultants, I have the opportunity to assist individuals, both at work and in their personal lives – and organizations – in making meaningful personal and organizational changes.
Change is inevitable but how we, as individuals and organizations, approach change will define our future. The fast-changing pace of today’s world provides us with unprecedented opportunities to learn, grow and cultivate reservoirs of resiliency within.
With extensive past corporate experience, an educational background in psychology and psychotherapy, I believe I have a wealth of experience about human dynamics to share with others.
It’s my intention to make this blog a place to visit for serious discussion of the latest thinking and research in the areas of emotional intelligence, mindfulness and neuroscience – focusing on personal and organizational transformation and change.
I hope that people interested in responding to the challenges of living and working in today’s complex world will find this blog a place to share, participate and learn.
I look forward to your comments, questions and participation in raising the level of inquiry and discussion of the dynamics that enhance and prevent us from realizing our true selves at home or at work.
Thanks for taking the time to learn more about me. If you’d like to get in touch, email me firstname.lastname@example.org
